The Bett show series | Improvement Hub & Inspection Coach

March 21, 2022

The leading EdTech trade show in the UK is back and we’ll be there! Bett 2022 is a free event that is taking place from 23rd to 25th March 2022 at London Excel. Each day in the run up to #BETT2022 we will be showcasing one of our products that you can find out more about at the show. You can find us on stand NE61 in the teaching and learning area.  Today we take a look at self-evaluation and improvement planning app Inspection Coach and Improvement Hub.

Inspection Coach & Improvement Hub

Inspection Coach and Improvement Hub gives senior leaders everything they need to support them through their school's self evaluation, improvement planning and inspection preparation. Ofsted’s latest Annual Report, published at the end of 2021, has made clear that the impact of Covid has affected all children. As we are all well aware - the challenges of Covid are nowhere near behind us.  The difference now is that while previously Ofsted suspended its inspections during initial school lockdowns, a recent injection of funding for Ofsted means inspectors will be paying a visit to every school within the next three years. Instead of having to track down multiple sources of information, schools leaders have a live dashboard within Inspection Coach giving them, the staff and governors everything they need to know in an instant and helping to establish a ‘single point of truth’ for their school.

Establish your single point of truth

Inspection Coach helps you:

  • Capture your 'school's story' (how you’re doing across the entire EIF) at any one time.
  • Quickly identify areas requiring improvement.
  • Accurately map evidence against the EIF criteria without the stress of guesswork.
  • Get a series of outcomes to inform your School Improvement Plans.

Improvement Hub helps you:

  • Take the outcomes from Inspection Coach and automatically feeds these into your School Improvement Plans.
  • Save time and remove any ambiguity around what’s needed to implement your SIP with pre-populated, editable Ofsted-approved action plans (you can also create your own SIPs from scratch).
  • See the status of all tasks within your SIP with live feeds that capture and notify progress in real time to all stakeholders - staff, SLT and governors.

Multi Academy Trusts

With Inspection Coach & Improvement Hub you have complete coverage if part of a MAT. Our Mat Dash ensures all schools within a Trust have everything they need to support them through their self-evaluation, improvement planning and inspection preparation. As well as empowering schools to manage and transform their improvement plans, the new Mat Dash feature also provides Trust Senior Leaders with a real-time summary of all their schools' self-evaluation, helping them build strategies and support schools within the Trust to develop the best possible learning experience.
