DK Books and content comes to Purple Mash and Serial Mash

Jan. 9, 2023

We’re delighted to announce a new partnership with DK Learning, which will allow us to share even more high-quality books and content within both Purple Mash and Serial Mash.  Perfect for expanding knowledge and research in school and at home and to inspire and foster creativity, the addition of this content adds even more value to schools. The combination of DK’s inspirational and imaginative content alongside our creative online learning platforms is set to bring some exciting, curriculum-led resources into schools over the next couple of years.

Purple Mash

Each term in Purple Mash 8 new content pieces (short eBooks) will be added. These are all linked to popular curriculum topics, making them perfect for supporting children’s topic research in school and at home.

Announcing our new partnership...

Alongside each book there's also a quiz to put readers' new knowledge to the test and from January 2023 we will be creating writing projects and other activities linked to the books.

January DK books

At £200 per school, Serial Mash offers schools exceptional value for money and alongside these high-quality non-fiction books, schools can also access over 150 fiction books with resources, online reading journals, access to reading data and home and school access. This means that for less than £1 a pupil per year, schools are able to foster a love for reading, engage children with high quality content, save teachers time with guided reading sessions planned and have oversight of all reading data within schools, it is an incredible offering.

We cannot wait to see these resources in schools, supporting learning and creativity while saving schools money – values that are at the heart of both 2Simple and Dorling Kindersley.
