The promotion of the universal language of drawing as a tool for learning, expression and invention are at the heart of the festival. Nutrition Australia's Tryfor5 campaign during National Nutrition Week this October aims to encourage Australians to increase their vegetable consumption to the recommended five serves per day. Despite the latest studies and recurring healthy eating messages only 4% of Australians are eating enough vegetables each day. The average person eats only half as much as they should, which is the inspiration behind Tryfor5.
