Remembrance Day or Armistice Day is held on the 11th November and marks the day that World War 1 ended at 11 am on the 11th day, of the 11th month in 1918. In this blog, we look at a range of themed resources from The Returned and Services League Australia and Purple Mash that you can use in class to learn about this moving topic.

Roald Dahl is one of the world's most celebrated authors for children, thanks to his imaginative, engaging stories. His birthday is on 13th September and to mark the occasion there are a wide range of activities within Purple Mash that primary school children are bound to enjoy.

The purpose of Principals' Day is to celebrate the work that principals do within Australia's primary schools. It is aimed at recognising the value and contribution principals make every day to their schools and to children throughout Australia. Any acknowledgement on this day will go a long way in reminding principals why they love what they do and reassuring them of your support and appreciation.
