The amazing tool 2Create a Story is a favourite with so many teachers and students.
It enables children to create their own multimedia digital storybooks and brings their stories, recounts, information books and adventures to life.
There are three modes of 2Create a Story: My Simple Story, My Story and My Adventure Story. With these modes, you are able to put together amazing creative writing activities that can be used for cross-curricular activities and tie in all learning areas when working through a common theme.

Anne Frank was born in Germany on 12 June 1929. She was given a diary for her 13th Birthday in which she wrote daily and had planned to publish a book about her time in the Secret Annex where she hid from persecution. Her diary was published after her death and has been translated into more than 70 languages. Here we look at how you can remember her life with Purple Mash resources, including a pack designed to help children transition to secondary school.

This year, Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II will become the first British monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service, having acceded to the throne on the 6th of February 1952 when she was just 25 years old. There is a range of events to mark this historic occasion culminating with the Platinum Jubilee weekend in June.

RMS Titanic was a passenger liner that, at the time of construction, was the largest ship ever built. It was on her maiden voyage sailing from Southampton, in England to New York City, USA, when she sank after colliding with an iceberg. Commemorations and ceremonies are held on the 15th April, the anniversary of the sinking, to pay respects to those who lost their lives.
